The Gift of Travel

When you travel, do you gripe at the TSA agent, roll your eyes at the slow movers down the airplane aisle, cringe at the crying toddler? I’m guilty of those feelings. But with mindfulness we can shift our attention to the privilege of travel and what is revealed to us about others and ourselves. It’s so fascinating!! If we let it be….

When I travel I feel so grateful. A reminder that we all are only passing through. Some of us for longer than others. Some of us with lighter footprints than others.
